Role and Responsibilities

As a Consultant specialising in Banking - Digital Strategy & Transformation, you will play a key role in partnering with our Directors and Partners to develop and execute transformative strategies for our banking clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the banking sector.
• Leading the development of comprehensive digital strategies aligned with the business objectives of our banking clients.
• Driving digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and recommending relevant technologies and tools within the banking industry.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and execute digital projects tailored to the specific needs of banking clients.
• Analysing data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital strategies, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Contributing to the creation of client presentations, reports, and proposals within the banking domain.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Banking, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• A strong passion for digital strategy, technology, and innovation within the banking sector.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with digital banking technologies and platforms is advantageous (e.g., online banking, mobile banking, fintech solutions).
• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch.
