Role and Responsibilities:

As a Junior Consultant specialising in Banking - Digital Strategy & Transformation, you'll assume a pivotal role in aiding our Directors and Partners in formulating and executing transformative strategies for our banking clients. Your duties will encompass:

• Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to discern trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the banking sector.
• Assisting in the formulation of holistic digital strategies aligned with banking clients' business objectives.
• Backing digital transformation initiatives within the banking industry by assessing and recommending suitable technologies and tools.
• Engaging in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and execute digital projects within the banking domain.
• Scrutinising data and performance metrics to gauge strategy effectiveness, with data-driven recommendations as the end result.
• Contributing to the development of client presentations, reports, and proposals within the banking context.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Banking, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• A fervent passion for digital strategy, technologies, and innovation within the banking sector.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving acumen.
• Proficiency in communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative spirit, coupled with a predisposition for thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with digital banking technologies and platforms is advantageous (e.g., online banking, mobile banking, fintech solutions).
• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods is a plus.
