Role and Responsibilities:

As a Junior Data Analyst specializing in Insurance - Digital Strategy & Transformation, you will play a crucial role in supporting data analysis efforts to inform digital strategies within the insurance sector. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in data collection, cleansing, and analysis from various sources within the insurance domain to identify key insights.
• Supporting the development of data-driven digital strategies tailored to the unique needs of insurance clients.
• Conducting basic A/B testing and assisting in performance analysis of digital initiatives.
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports specific to digital strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize targeting and segmentation.
• Participating in data interpretation and contributing to actionable recommendations within the context of insurance and digital transformation.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Insurance, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• A strong eagerness to work with data and learn data analysis techniques within the insurance sector.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, VBA, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with digital insurance technologies and platforms is a plus.
• An interest in digital strategy and a desire to grow in this field within the insurance industry.
• Good communication skills to convey data findings to colleagues in the context of insurance and digital strategy.
• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French.
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in the EU without requiring visa sponsorship.
