🤖 About the Role 

As a Consultant specializing in Banking - Digital Strategy & Transformation, you will play a key role in partnering with our Directors and Partners to develop and execute transformative strategies for our banking clients. 

📊 You will:

• Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the banking sector.
  
  
• Leading the development of comprehensive digital strategies aligned with the business objectives of our banking clients.
  
  
• Mapping and optimizing customer journeys across various banking touchpoints to enhance user experience, increase engagement, and drive conversion rates.
  
  
• Driving digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and recommending relevant technologies and tools within the banking industry.
  
  
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute digital projects tailored to the specific needs of banking clients.

• Analyzing data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital strategies, and providing data-driven recommendations.

• Contributing to the creation of client presentations, reports, and proposals within the banking domain.

📊 You bring to the table:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
• A strong passion for digital strategy, technology, and innovation within the banking sector.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with digital banking technologies and platforms is advantageous (e.g., online banking, mobile banking, fintech solutions).

🗣️ Language Skills

Fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch

🤹 Other Skills

• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods is a great plus for us.
